Zenospace International Limited (hereafter, "we", "our", "us" or "Zenospace") operates various individual, global, and country-specific websites. Any and all such individual website(s) owned and operated by Zenospace, our country-specific websites, our mobile applications, and any portal accessible via Facebook®, Google+®, LinkedIn®, Twitter®, YouTube®, or other social media platforms, whether accessed via computers, mobile devices, or other technologies (collectively referred to as "Channels") that you are viewing at any time are covered by these terms and conditions.
By navigating and using any of our Channels, you are agreeing these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to legally bound by these terms, then you are not allowed to use any of our Channels and should immediately terminate such usage.

Zenospace is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards. These apply to all our people, regardless of our roles, and to all our offices. Zenospace people are required to act professionally and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
These ethical and professional standards include:
- acting with integrity, professionalism and fairness;
- acting in the best interest of each client, including providing a proper standard of service to our clients;
- behaving in a way that maintains the trust the public has in the provision of professional services; and
- maintaining our independence.
We have internal policies intended to help our people comply with these standards and with relevant laws and regulations.
Zenospace has a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. We are committed to:
- conducting business in a manner that complies with applicable laws and is consistent with the highest ethical standards including, among other things, standards intended to prevent bribery and corruption; and
- using our best endeavours to ensure that those who perform services for and on behalf of Zenospace, including employees, contractors and agents, are aware of and share our commitment to conducting business ethically.
Zenospace is subject to the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance of Hong Kong (Cap. 201) in respect of its activities throughout the world. The policy is based on an assessment by Zenospace of the external and internal bribery risks that face us, and reflects fundamental standards that Zenospace expects those who perform services for us and on our behalf to abide by when acting on our behalf.
Zenospace will not use third parties or intermediaries to engage on its behalf in unethical practices that would be prohibited under any applicable laws if undertaken by Zenospace. Zenospace expects that all third parties and intermediaries that it engages will conduct themselves accordingly when acting on behalf or for the benefit of Zenospace. Zenospace is committed to transparency on its ethical standards and anti-bribery initiatives and has established procedures that are described in our Anti-Corruption Policy to encourage employees to report instances or allegations of policy violations.

The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights which were unanimously endorsed by the Human Rights Council in 2011 state that all business enterprises have a responsibility to respect human rights. Zenospace agrees to support and respect internationally recognised human rights.
Unless otherwise indicated in the relevant content, and on the condition that you comply with all of your obligations under these Terms, you are authorised to view, copy, print, and distribute (but not modify) the content on our Channels; provided that:
- such use is for informational, non-commercial purposes only, and
- any copy of the content that you make must include the copyright notice or other attribution associated with the content.
You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post or disclose our Channels content without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post in our Channels. You acknowledge and agree that Zenospace shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all User Content in postings, survey responses, and otherwise, and you hereby waive any claims against Zenospace for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with Zenospace's use and publication of such submissions.
You covenant that you shall not post or otherwise publish on our Channels any materials that:
- are threatening, libellous, defamatory, or obscene;
- would constitute, or that encourage conduct that would constitute, a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate law;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third parties;
- contain a computer virus or other destructive element;
- contain advertising; or
- constitute or contain false or misleading statements.
Zenospace does not and cannot review all the User Content posted on to our Channels and is not responsible for such information. However, Zenospace reserves the right to refuse to post and the right to remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason.
Our Channels may contain links to other external websites, mobile applications and social media platforms which are not under our direct control. We have no direct control of such websites, applications and platforms and take no responsibility for content on their pages or of third-party website, applications, platforms or publication. We do no in any way endorse links on these websites, applications and/or platforms and we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage you may have incurred resulting from the use of the links.
Any creation and/or operation of links to our Channels without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited unless otherwise our written consent is obtained.
Zenospace is committed to providing our clients with commercially focused professional advice of the highest quality. Any client who is unhappy about the advice and assistance that he/she receives from us, including any concerns about a bill, is entitled to complain. Our complaint procedure can be obtained from our Customer Service team. In addition, there are laws and regulations on this subject in some jurisdictions.

Zenospace has worldwide recognised accreditations and licences from various scheme owners, certifying bodies, licensors and partners, so is granted permissions to use the copyright material including logos and trademarks in association with accredited and licensed services and products published in our Channels. All content and functionality on our Channels, including text, graphics, logos, icons and images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Zenospace and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of England and Wales and/or other jurisdictions. The trademarks, service marks, designs and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on our Channels are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Zenospace and our licensors and partners.
